Morning session: We’ll kick off by outlining our day, organising ingredients and learning how to create a cooking plan. Our first activity will revolve around bread making, introducing a step-by-step process involving kneading, proving, knocking back, shaping and baking which we’ll explore throughout the day.
Following this, we'll prepare veggies to accompany our meat and fish dishes before learning to expertly fillet a piece of fish that we’ll cook for our lunch.

Afternoon session: In the afternoon we’ll dive straight into preparing meat, such as jointing a chicken or mastering the art of boning, rolling and tying a roast joint. We’ll then finish the day on a sweet note by learning how to make a yummy dessert dish.
